Working with Anuj Adhikary on the “Beauty with a Purpose” video for Miss Luna Luitel (Miss Nepal World 2025) was an absolute pleasure. As we aimed to showcase our project for the 73rd Miss World Pageant, Anuj proved to be a thorough professional whose contribution went far beyond simply holding a camera.
From the very beginning, Anuj was fully invested in the concept of the shoot. He was always willing to contribute creatively, offering valuable input that helped shape the narrative and ensure the essence of the project was captured authentically. His dedication to the craft was evident in every frame.
Beyond his technical skill, Anuj is an incredibly nice and friendly individual. He had a natural warmth that made everyone around the project site feel comfortable and respected. He was especially gentle and kind to the children and women involved in the initiative, allowing them to open naturally on camera. This empathy is what truly brought the project to life on screen.
The project focused on empowering and uplifting vulnerable communities, specifically focusing on the welfare and education of children and women in need. It was a mission close to Luna’s heart, aimed at creating sustainable change and raising awareness on a global platform.
The final “Beauty with a Purpose” video was incredibly well-received. It garnered wonderful reviews on YouTube and across social media, moving viewers with its emotional depth and storytelling. We were incredibly proud to see the project placed in the Top 8 at the 73rd Miss World “Beauty with a Purpose” category, a testament to the hard work put in by everyone, including Anuj’s visual storytelling.

He went knee deep in freezing glacial water and ice just to get a good shot. He walked with 30 kg of equipment on his shoulders every day for 12 hours, at 3000 to 5000m elevations. A great professional with top notch skills and equipment, but above all a lovely, trustable person.
